I’m having problems logging in…
Do you have your membership number?
You should have been emailed this directly from Westfield Health but if not contact HR who can provide this to you.
Have you registered your account?
You will need to register before being able to use your account. You can do so on the app or website.
For further problems logging in, you will need to contact Westfield directly or follow their support/contact advice us as Hills do not administer their site.
Making claims
As per the terms and conditions, claims must be made within 26 weeks of the;
- date payment was made to the practitioner/specialist
- the date you were discharged as an in-patient
- the date of attendance for day surgery
- the child’s DOB or placement date.
