Free face-to-face and 24-hour telephone counselling for employees

     

Employees on both the Westfield Health and Health Assured schemes have free access to six sessions of face-to-face counselling as well as free 24-hour telephone support.

Remember to download the app for your allocated scheme from the app store on your phone to register, if you haven’t done so already. Please contact your line manager or HR if you are unsure of your membership number for either scheme.

Cruse can offer help to you no matter how long you’ve been grieving. They can offer telephone support on 0808 808 1677 Monday to Friday 9.30am to 3.00pm along with online resources.

 

 

If you need someone to talk to, Samaritans listen. They won’t judge or tell you what to do. You can contact Samaritans any time, day or night on 116 123.

Mates in Mind offer a “BeAMate” text support service. To use the service, simply text “BeAMate” to 85258 and trained volunteers can help with issues including anxiety, stress, loneliness or depression and are available 24/7.
