Prostate cancer
There is a 1 in 8 chance of being diagnosed with prostate cancer in your lifetime.
Go and get yourself checked out, especially if you are over 50 years old. This is when prostate cancer is most common.
The good news is that early detection is key. Attending your screenings is so important to catch it before it catches you.
Testicular cancer
Testicular cancer is most common in younger men, between the ages of 15 to 35 years old. It’s easy to check for bumps, lumps and pain.
Be on the safe side.
Heart health
Heart disease is the leading cause of death for men in the UK, responsible for a staggering 25% of all male fatalities.
This emphasises the importance of health health awareness, lifestyle changes, regular check-ups, and preventive care.
