  • Land at Day House Lane, Swindon - Reserved matters planning application S/RES/20/055 and condition discharge application S/COND/20/0557 for land at North Wroughton previously granted outline planning consent S/15/1750 and also approval of S73 planning application S/OUT/20/0556. Click here

Quarry Products

  • Airfield Quarry - Hills Quarry Products has submitted a planning application for a sand and gravel quarry at the old airfield near the villages of Marston Meysey and Down Ampney, Gloucestershire.  Check back for details on when this application will be open for public consultation by the planning authority
  • Freeth Farm Quarry - Hills Quarry Products has submitted a Review of Old Minerals Planning Permission (ROMP) Ref 16/05464/WCM application for approval of appropriate conditions, together with a planning application to construct a quarry field conveyor Ref 16/05708/WCM to transport excavated soft-sand from Freeth Farm quarry to the existing processing plant at Sands Farm.
  • Mortimer Quarry - planning application 20/02636/CMA submitted for variation of condition 3 to permission BDB/73759 for the revision of the end date to 31 October 2032. Granted subject to completion of legal agreement. Click here

House building

  • Sutton Lane, Sutton Benger - A planning application for the erection of 22 homes with associated infrastructre, landscaping and construction of new access onto Sutton Lane has been submitted to Wiltshire Council. Planning reference 18/07382/FUL
  • Land at Pavenhill, Purton - planning application has been submitted to erect 25 houses Ref 20/11382/FUL

 Waste management and recycling

  • Sands Farm facility, Calne - planning consent granted to revise Conditions 4 & 6 of permission 20/06202/WCM to provide specific working hours for the vehicle maintenance and repair element of the facility, and to revise the tonnage in any 12 month period to 52,000 tonnes.   • Northacre Renewable Energy, Westbury - Planning application has been submitted to amend the technology for the facility to that already consented under permission 18/09473/WCM.
